Janitorial Service Maintenance of Various Municipal Buildings The work of the Contract consists of the furnishing of all labour and equipment required for the day to day janitorial maintenance of clean and sanitary conditions of high priority municipal facilities. The Contract will commence on Jan 1 2026 - Dec 31 2028. The duties will be performed at eight (8) municipal buildings that include Town Hall, Fire Halls (North and South), OPP, Carnegie Hall, Lions Hall, Gosfield Communication Community Centre and Unico Community Centre. The work shall be done in accordance with these specifications using the best techniques of the trade in the frequencies given in the attached schedule so as to comply with the inspection standards which form a part of these specifications.
